Robert Wallace BDS Dip

Robert Wallace BDS. Dip.PCOrtho (Eng)

Qualified form Queen’s University in 1982 and has practiced locally since then. He has extensive experience in all fields of dentistry and since 1990 has developed a special interest in orthodontics. His main aim is to achieve great aesthetic results for his patients while working closely with them to provide lifelong confidence and a healthy smile. Robert and Claire often work together, combining their individual areas of expertise to offer high quality results that would not otherwise be achievable.

In 2011 Robert was awarded the Diploma in Primary Care Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons and was among the first people in the UK to achieve this. He has undertaken advanced training in restorative dentistry with Dr Tidu Mankoo and has a clinical attachment with the local hospital orthodontic department.

Claire McMullan BDS Dip Orth

Claire McMullan BDS. MJDF RCS (Eng)

Joined the practice in 2004 after graduating with distinction from Queens University, and became a partner in 2007. Claire has a special interest in dental implants and advanced restorative treatments. She is passionate about working with patients to restore their smile and their confidence. Claire finds treating patients who are self-conscious about their teeth, or embarrassed because they haven’t been to the dentist in a long time the most rewarding part of her job. Robert and Claire often work together, combining their individual areas of expertise to offer high quality results that would not otherwise be achievable.

To keep up to date with the ever changing fields of dentistry, Claire attends numerous courses throughout the year including a yearlong advanced aesthetic dentistry course with world renowned expert Tidu Mankoo, attends international implant related conferences throughout the year and has undergone training in the treatment of apprehensive patients using IV sedation.

Claire is Treasurer of the Irish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and has presented cases at local study clubs and their national meeting in Dublin. She became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2010 (by examination) and is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology.

They are highly trained and familiar with all aspects of dental treatment and can answer many of your dental enquiries and concerns. Our nursing team; Chloe, Celine, Krystal, Rachel, Emma and Leigh Ann are there to support you and put you at ease when in the dental surgery. They have received specialist training in all clinical aspects of dentistry and patient care. They are dedicated to providing you with a reassuring and relaxing experience in the surgery and put the needs of you, the patient, at the centre of everything they do.

Joanne Dillon BDS

Joanne Dillon BDS

Joanne graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2009 with distinction and has worked in general practice ever since. Her particular area of interest is in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and has undertaken advanced training in many aspects of this including composite veneers and porcelain restorations.

Joanne enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and seeks to offer her patients a high standard of care and a pleasant, comfortable experience. Patients that are anxious can avail of IV Sedation with Joanne, and she can also provide anti wrinkle treatments.

Siobhan Hurrell RDH

Siobhan Hurrell RDH

Siobhan plays a key role within the practice. She is a very experienced dental hygienist whose commitment and dedication to helping our patients’ secure and maintain their gum health is highly valued. You may also meet Siobhan during your orthodontic visits as she assists in record taking and maintenance during and after orthodontic therapy.

Aimee McErlain

Aimee McErlean BDS

Aimee qualified from the University of Dundee in 2016, and practiced in both Angus and Fife, Scotland before moving back to Northern Ireland in 2021 and joining Dental32.

Aimee enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has attended many courses to improve and refine her skills, ensuring the best patient care. She has a particular interest in Oral Surgery, and is currently studying towards a Post-graduate Diploma with Dr Chris Waith in Manchester. Aimee enjoys taking that little extra time to help her patients through their dental anxiety; her main aim is to make patients as comfortable as possible in the chair, make every visit to the dentist a little easier than the last.

Dr Diarmuid Devlin

Diarmuid Devlin BDS

Diarmuid Qualified from Newcastle University in 2020 and practiced for 2 years in England before moving back to Magherafelt. Diarmuid has a keen interest in advanced restorative dentistry with a key desire to create natural transformations, improving the confidence of his patients with aesthetic restorations while optimising their oral and general health.

Diarmuid has completed a year long advanced aesthetic restorative course with Dr Chris Orr, one of the UK’s most prominent aesthetic restorative dental educators. And to further enhance the opportunities he can provide to his patients, Diarmuid is currently completing a Diploma in Primary Care Orthodontics with the College of General Dentistry.
